lockout software package provides Self-imposed discipline and productivity enforcer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lockout
lockout is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lockout package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lockout *
You will get with lockout package name, version, architecture and description in a table
